Atlantic Director Kevin Lacey expresses his concerns on New Brunswick's 2011 budget that saw a number of small tax increases. He was particularly concerned about the gas tax that increased the cost of running a vehicle by $85 per year. Kevin is concerned this would damage a struggling New Brunswick economy.
